In this time of tight (and tightening) budgets, I know that we have to defend every penny spent. If you need some help justifying your attendance at the 2011 TLA conference, I’ve put together a list of standards addressed by each of the programs sponsored by the Young Adult Round Table. I looked at YALSA’s Competencies for Librarians Serving Youth, the AASL Standards for 21st Century Learning and the TEKS.


These are living documents and will continue to grow with more information about the presenters and programs. If you are not able to attend conference, please check out these documents for any notes that we may add.
