YART programs at TLA -- Wednesday

YART has a huge slate of programs scheduled for the 2010 TLA conference in San Antonio! On Wednesday, April 14, we have a wonderful pre-conference and 2 great programs.

"This Ain't Your Mama's Library: Reaching a New Generation" features YA librarian and author Michele Gorman talking about ways to jumpstart your library programming.

At 2 p.m. we have Susan Allison and Nancy Kubasek presenting "If You Give a Kid a Book: Booktalks for Tweens and Teens." Don't miss this session to hear about new and exciting books for your teens.

At "Young Adults Get a Clue: Latino Authors of Mystery Fiction", authors Sarah Cortez, Rene Saldaña, and Ray Villareal will share their insights into writing mysteries for young adults.

Hope to see you at TLA in SA!
