The deadline for our new scholarship is JANUARY 12!

The Young Adult Round Table has exciting news for its membership! YART is teaming with Linworth Publishing/LMC to offer two stipends of $500.00 each to assist with the cost of registration and expenses for the 2009 TLA Annual Conference . YART and Linworth Publishing/LMC, known for building strong connections among school library media and technology professionals, classroom teachers, and curriculum leaders, will award a stipend to one public and one school librarian who are current members of TLA and the Young Adult Round Table and who work with young adults, grades 6-12. Recipients will also receive a 1-year subscription to LMC, courtesy of Linworth Publishing/LMC.

The application and letter of recommendation must be received no later than January 12, 2009.
