The City of San Antonio loves librarians! By bringing your TLA Conference badge with you when you visit restaurants and nightlife along the River Walk, downtown, or other great spots around San Antonio, you may get a discount or perks just for flashing them your badge! You can find participating Show Us Your Badge locations at the Visitors Bureau website or just look for the Show Us Your Badge logo! Booklets of participating locations will also be at the San Antonio Visitors Bureau information counter at the convention center.

One of San Antonio's favorite annual events will be taking place while TLA is in the city. Welcome to Fiesta! The kick-off takes place on Thursday, April 15, at 5:00 pm, in front of the Alamo.
